The sport of Ultimate Fighting has become more popular in recent years. The number of potential champions especially in the middleweight category has skyrocketed. Those who choose to make the UFC their venue are varied and many.

Ryan Bader, 23, of Reno, Nevada, has a record of 10 wins and no losses. He was a two-time Division 1 All American and a three time Pac 10 Champion at Arizona State University. With his past history, and present record, he is one of the rising stars of the UFC.

Spencer Fisher has won 23 fights with only 4 losses. At 33 his future outlook is good. He currently holds the Victory Championship Middleweight Title. More great bouts and titles won are bound to be in his future.

A Mexican American, Jacob “Tito” Ortiz, has become very well known in the UFC. At 34 years old, he has already held the Light Heavyweight UFC Championship Title. Residing in Huntington Beach, Florida, he has headlined several PPV Championship battles and undoubtedly we will see him bringing crowds to many more.

Evan Dunham, originally from Eugene, Oregon, is a tough 34 year old with an 8 and 0 record. He won a submission title over Cuber Luciano the 2008 no gi world champion. We look forward to many more contentious battles from him.

The Cage Rage Middleweight Champion, Anderson Silva, 34, comes from Curitiba, Brazil. In 2006 he formed his own fighting group: the Black Horse Team. His jiu jitsu background has assisted him in winning all his UFC battles within two rounds. We all have a bright future coming in ultimate fighting.
